Our spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located in the heart of up and coming Rockaway Beach. It is located just a stones throw to the A train (15 min to JFK), a very walkable ten blocks to the NYC Ferry (50 minutes to Manhattan), two blocks from the beach, one block from the bay, and a 2 minute walk to dining, nightlife, and storefronts. We have a large yard with mini bar, picnic table, hammock, BBQ, and hot water outdoor shower. Inside features a large dining room table. We have a large private backyard that features a hammock, ample seating, a charcoal bbq, and a hot water outdoor shower. The house features a 50 inch TV with Roku, and a cedar clad sunroom with a city view, the perfect place to cozy up with a book, or enjoy the morning paper. We also have a full service bar with freezer, fridge and sink! Backyard, hammock, charcoal BBQ, outdoor hot water shower, board racks, bar! If anything at all is needed I am close by, your comfort is my number one priority. Rockaway is known for it's amazing ocean and bay view sunsets along with the fresh sea air of the Atlantic. Take a stroll on our newly constructed boardwalk. There are great cozy bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house. Up the street is a great sandbar surf break, and the 92nd street jetty features Rockaway's famous left hand break. Rockaway's most happening boardwalk concession area, Low Tide Bar, is just up the street, always happening and often with live music! Grab your skateboard and enjoy the halfpipe or bowl at the 92nd street skatepark close by! NYC Surf House is great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, big groups, Yoga and group retreats, and first timers in NYC!
